Terms of Service

CliDeck Remote lets you remotely view and interact with your own CliDeck sessions from a mobile device or other approved client.

CliDeck Remote is separate from the local CliDeck desktop application. The desktop application may be licensed separately.

CliDeck Remote is designed so that session content is transmitted using end-to-end encryption between your device and your CliDeck desktop instance.

However, we may process service metadata such as account details, device identifiers, IP addresses, connection timestamps, relay events, encrypted payload sizes, billing status, and support communications in order to operate and secure the service.

You are responsible for:

• Securing the devices that access your account
• Protecting your local machine and local CliDeck sessions
• Using the service only for lawful purposes

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid features.

Paid features may be offered on a subscription basis. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the recurring subscription fee, applicable taxes, and any disclosed overage charges using your selected payment method.

Unless stated otherwise at signup:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time before renewal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period

Pricing, plan limits, trial details, and refund rules will be shown at signup or on the billing page and are incorporated into these Terms.

You may not:

• Use the service to violate law or third-party rights
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or overload the service
• Bypass plan limits, account restrictions, or security controls
• Resell, white-label, or provide the hosted service to third parties without our written permission
• Use the service in violation of export controls, sanctions, or trade laws

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Payment fails or remains overdue
• Your use creates legal, security, or operational risk
• We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.

We may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue features of CliDeck Remote, including free features, beta features, and plan limits.

If we materially change paid plan terms, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for CliDeck Remote during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict of law rules.

Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Singapore, unless your final legal version uses arbitration or another permitted dispute process.
